What is PACE?
PACE is a Medicare and Medi-Cal program that affords eligible seniors to remain independent and in their homes for as long as possible.
To fulfill our commitment to the senior communities of Los Angeles, we have established our PACE center to help seniors with complex medical needs to avoid nursing homes and afford them the care and services necessary to allow them to stay safe, comfortable, healthy, and independent in their own homes.
Through the Medicare PACE program, we offer medical care, in-home care, transportation, physical therapy, meal preparation, social work, and a day center where seniors can connect with other seniors in the community and participate in various programs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
